Hi! Currently, I am looking forward to the weekend while crossing off many things from my to-do list! But, let’s talk food! Here’s’ a very simple pasta dish loaded with cheese that’s delicious and super quick. I love to make it on weeknights and serve it with a side of bread topped with garlic and olive oil! First, boil pasta like usual. I used Penne for the type of pasta.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Set it on the broil setting. Oil a medium/large cooking pan that is oven safe – we will use it to bake the pasta later.
Then, I drained the pasta and added in three cheese marinara pasta sauce with the pasta in my pan that I will be putting in the oven to bake.
Next, top the pasta with a even layer of shredded cheese. Don’t be shy! The more cheese the better in my opinion!
Then, place the pan in oven and broil for only 5 to 10 minutes! Just enough time for the cheese to melt. Then be careful to remove the pan from the oven as it will be very hot and let it cool down!
Look at the cheesiness! It was a great dinner….
