Favorite Girlboss Podcasts

Happy Thursday everyone! I hope your week is going great! For today’s post, I thought I would share some of my favorite podcasts. Fun fact about me- I end up sitting in my car for about an hour in the morning, because I have to get a parking spot before they are all gone! Within this hour I can be found scrolling through Pinterest, reading through blog posts, or rushing to study for that test I forgot about! Usually I would just listen to the radio or Spotify, but recently I began listening to podcasts. I specifically choose motivating and inspiring ones, just because it is a great way to start my morning. Plus, I am usually half asleep so it is a gentle way to wake up, while I sip my coffee! Here are my favorite podcasts.

The Sheroic Podcast by Cassey Ho and Lisa Bilyeu:

This was my first ever podcast! I knew Cassey from her company called Blogilates and Popflex, which is where she shares workouts, recipes, and products (workout gear and clothes) that she has created. I have always loved her bubbly, upbeat personality so I thought why not give her podcast a try?! I instantly fell in love with both her and Lisa! They share their friendship and infectious girlboss attitudes, while inspiring and teaching their listeners how to live a healthy lifestyle. They are funny, positive, and motivational.

The Goal Digger by Jenna Kutcher:

Jenna’s positive and fast-paced podcast is perfect for bloggers, and/or women wanting to turn their dreams into a reality. She shares her story as a photographer, and her tips/tricks for being successful in your career. With many guest interviews, listeners learn about designing their dream careers through social media, marketing, and productivity. I always feel inspired to get to work after listening to one of these episodes!

Let It Out by Katie Dalebout:

Katie interviews people from all careers and areas of life, while making you laugh and cry at the same time. She discusses self-love and wellness through topics of body image, confidence, relationships, creativity, etc. You walk away feeling motivated and prepared to conquer your day.

Girlboss Radio by Sophia Amoruso:

In each episode Sophia Amoruso interviews amazing girlbosses who have experience in business, and creativity. They share their story and advice for others. The conversations never fail to make me laugh and smile! Life can be hard at times, but Sophia has a way of getting you to step back and accept the craziness.

So these are my favorite podcasts, at the moment! Have you listened to any of these? I love the inspiration and ideas I get after just a few minutes of listening. If you haven’t tried podcasts, I definitely recommend them. There are thousands to pick from, in a wide range of topics. Let me know if you give any a try! As always, don’t forget to stay Chic Neat and Sweet!

What are your favorite podcasts?!

9 Major Tips for Bloggers (What we’ve learned in our 1st year)

Today Chic Neat Sweet officially turns one year old! We (Aditi and Dani) are so excited and proud of all that we have done to get CNS up and going since March 29, 2017. This must mean we can officially call ourselves bloggers…right?! Creating, and maintaining a blog can be a lot of work, and even stressful at times, but we wouldn’t trade those late nights, and technical difficulties for anything. We have worked endlessly at editing, changing, and even challenging ourselves to create the best possible way for our blog to run and look. Just because it has been a year doesn’t mean we are going to slow down, in fact we have so many more ideas, that we can’t wait to start.

1 year

As we are sure, all other bloggers can understand, blogging is life-changing. We have learned so much not only about design, writing, and photography, but also about ourselves! So on this very special day, we are going to share with you our tips for blogging. Let us know if you can relate to any of these or find any helpful!
